Returning

Products that you are not satisfied with can be returned within 90 days from the invoice date*. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense. Please package the product you are returning in its original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible). It goes without saying that only unused and undamaged goods will be accepted for return.

*Excluded from returns are items that are custom-made for you, such as name tags and badges.

*Personalized products are also considered custom-made products. Unless there is a production defect, these cannot be returned for a full refund.

How do I return or exchange a product?

  • Use a sturdy packaging to pack the product.
  • Include a completed return form with your package.
  • Choose the delivery service with which you want to return your package. The return shipping costs are at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us. Always keep the track & trace code of your return shipment and include it in all correspondence regarding your return. The return address is:

  • If you want a refund, the money will be returned to your account within two weeks after we receive your return. Please note that refunds are made to the bank account used for the payment and will be processed through our payment partner under the name ‘Mollie Payments’.
  • If you want to exchange an item, please place a new order in the webshop. This way, you will quickly receive the correct item. You can return the item you do not want to keep to us, and you will receive a refund to your account for that item.
  • If you return your entire order to us, you will also receive a refund for the shipping costs of the package we sent to you. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense.
