Order & Delivery
Usually, we deliver the order to the postal carrier within 1-5 business days. After that, it may take an additional 1-4 days for it to be delivered. However, we strive to have the order delivered to you within 3 business days.
For Custom orders, the delivery time may vary.

After the payment for the order has been made, it is no longer possible to make changes. As a small business, we are sometimes so eager that we send out packages within 15 minutes. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we can modify the order.
However, you can always send us a WhatsApp message to see if any changes are still possible.
The shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. This price is determined based on the address and current rates of the shipping labels.

Modifying an order
You cannot modify your placed order.
What can you do? As long as your item has not been shipped, you can send us a message through our contact options, or you can cancel your order using the “My Account” link. We will email you if the cancellation is successful, and after processing, we will refund your payment.
If this is not possible, you can always return the item within the return period. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund.

Payment failed, but you did pay?
Then we will refund you. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and your payment method.
Technical malfunction
- iDEAL: within 3 business days.
- Creditcard: The reservation will be canceled within 1 business day.
- Debit card: within 3 business days.
- Gift card/card: within 4 hours it will be back in your account.
Transaction expired
- Gift card/Card+ iDEAL payment: The gift card will be credited to your account within 4 hours.
Gift card balance disappeared
In case of a failed or incomplete payment where a gift card was used (partially or in full), the balance of your gift card may have been deducted. No worries, this will be automatically replenished within 4 hours.
Problems with payment?
Some tips:
- Try again later, as there might be a temporary issue with your bank or credit card company.
- If possible, try using an alternative payment method.
- Attempt the payment using a different browser or device.
Shipping

Orders above €40 will be shipped for free within the Netherlands, with the exception of certain products that are specially produced for you. This will be automatically arranged in the shopping cart.
For orders up to €40, order and shipping costs will be applied. The order and shipping costs include not only the expenses for sending your package but also handling fees (administrative processing, packaging of your order, and packaging materials). The order and shipping costs vary for each order and are automatically calculated at checkout.
Exceptions
Goods that are specially made for you are calculated separately and depend on what you have ordered. You can see these costs when your order is placed in the shopping cart. Warranty is also provided for these items. If you order customized goods in combination with products that are in stock, it is possible that double shipping costs will be applied. This is because your order will be shipped from multiple locations.
Returns
The costs for returning a package, if applicable, are at your own expense. For more information about the return process, please refer to our return policy or contact our customer service.
I have received a damaged, incomplete, defective, or wrong item.
Please contact us within 48 hours in such cases! Despite our careful checks, it is possible for an item or order to be delivered damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. If this happens to you, we sincerely apologize. Take a clear photo of the issues and send it to us along with your order number via email or WhatsApp.
If you have chosen regular mail (letter post), we cannot guarantee that your shipment will arrive or arrive in good condition. In this case, we will assess the situation and choose an appropriate solution.
For example: If a package goes missing, we cannot provide a guarantee with regular mail. However, if a mistake was made during packaging and you received the wrong products, we will certainly resolve this issue.
Delivery time
Orders, if in stock, are processed within 3-5 days and handed over to PostNL. Normally, the package is delivered by the courier to your address the next business day.
The average delivery time is 1 to 4 business days after being handed over to the courier.
With track and trace, you will receive updates about the location and progress of your package.
Special Delivery Time
Goods that are specially made for you are calculated separately and depend on what you have ordered. The estimated shipping time for these items can be seen when your order is placed in the shopping cart. A warranty is also provided for these items. If you order customized goods in combination with products that are in stock, it is possible that double shipping costs will be applied. This is because your order will be shipped from multiple locations.
The shipping time for special goods can take 4-8 weeks. We will inform you of the specific delivery time associated with your order during the processing of your order or when you inquire about it.
